    What you can expect Join our Global Architecture function, as we look to empower a highly skilled and innovative Lead Architect to help spearhead the development of cutting‑edge digital products and MCP‑based AI Agents to enhance colleague productivity and client engagement across our Global broking businesses. Within your first 3‑12 months you will evaluate existing projects, assess the required AI capabilities, define and drive the AI target landscape, and creating roadmaps that deliver the necessary functionality to drive the business. Expertise in developing and deploying enterprise‑grade Generative AI solutions, such as LLMs, RAG architectures, MCP and multi‑modal AI applications.     We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compliance team at Mercer. This role will be based in Dublin. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. What can you expect: The Compliance function is responsible for the oversight and management of regulatory risk within Mercer (Ireland) Limited. We're looking for an Architect who wants to shape how AI is adopted across a global enterprise. You'll own areas of the AI platform architecture end-to-end - evaluating emerging technologies, designing integration patterns between new AI capabilities and Marsh's existing systems, and building the reference architectures and standards that guide adoption at scale. This is an architecture role, not a pure engineering role - but you'll need to get hands-on with the technologies you're evaluating.
