The role will assist the CFO in the M&A, Carve, Divestiture process but also work with them on the post deal integration element of the project, developing and implementing new finance target operating models. This opportunity whilst not readily available within Ireland will suit an experience M&A/Corporate Finance professional who has gained experience within the Finance Integration space as well. This position isa genuine mix between M&A/Corporate Finance and Strategic Finance Integration. You will have gained at least 8 plus years' experience with at least a Level 9 Masters and or ACCA/ACA/CFA qualification.
