  • Post-Deal Integration Manager

    We are seeking an M&A professional focused on executing integration and separation programmes across acquisitions, divestments, and carve-outs. The role blends programme leadership with hands-on execution, requiring a strong grasp of how finance, operations, technology, and people functions come together during a transaction. You will operate as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, often working directly alongside CFOs and their leadership teams to ensure mergers or acquisitions are implemented effectively, and business continuity is maintained post-deal. As they continue on this journey they have an opportunity to bring in a New Finance Director to the business, to lead the Finance team through the next stage of growth both organic and acquisition in nature. The Day to Day: Oversee, manage and deliver upon all daily operational Finance aspects of the business with particular attention to all regulatory reporting duties. Partnering with the CEO and CFO to develop and execute long-term financial strategies and business plans. Leading the annual budgeting process and providing regular financial forecasts to guide decision-making. Preparing monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, and KPIs for the Board and stakeholders. Identifying financial risks and implementing robust internal controls and audit procedures. Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing finance team. Ensuring the organisation adheres to all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements Managing relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and other financial institutions.
