  • Associate Director M&A Integration

    Associate Director - M&A Integration - Dublin Unique opportunity to join this leading advisory firm focused on working directly with the CFO's of some of the largest firms in Ireland during Mergers & Acquisitions transactions. The role will assist the CFO in the M&A, Carve, Divestiture process but also work with them on the post deal integration element of the project, developing and implementing new finance target operating models. If you are seeking a role that's M&A and Strategy focused at the same time than look no further. As the market continues to develop value creation in the Corporate and Private Equity space us vital and our client is at the forefront of this value creation. Some of the focuses within the role are as follows: Integration Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive, end-to-end integration plans during the pre-acquisition phase and lead execution post-close. Utilize your strong Financial Modelling skills set to ensure all reasonable due diligence is completed and advising the CFO directly of implications and unseen variables associated with each transaction. Establish and manage the Integration Management Office (IMO) aspect focusing on the Finance Integration post deal. Serve as the central point of contact working hand in hand with the CFO, analysis, guiding and advising the CFO throughout the transaction pre and post deal. Organize and facilitate steering committees, providing clear, timely updates on project KPIs and performance. Focus on synergies & Value creation/realization though the deal. Monitor post-acquisition performance, track synergy realization, and provide financial insights to ensure the delivery of expected deal value. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks and issues, ensuring proactive escalation and resolution to prevent bottlenecks or delays. Drive continuous improvement in M&A delivery practices, contributing to the development and refinement of integration playbooks for repeatable success. Ensure post deal strategy is aligned and C Suite are on board. This opportunity whilst not readily available within Ireland will suit an experience M&A/Corporate Finance professional who has gained experience within the Finance Integration space as well. This position isa genuine mix between M&A/Corporate Finance and Strategic Finance Integration. You will have gained at least 8 plus years' experience with at least a Level 9 Masters and or ACCA/ACA/CFA qualification.
