    This role is responsible for driving the commercial performance of a leading FMCG brand across the Irish market, covering both ROI and Northern Ireland. The National Account Manager will lead key customer relationships, deliver sustainable sales growth, and build strong, long-term partnerships with our brand principal. Working closely with the UK team, the role ensures clear alignment, visibility and approval of the Irish market strategy, while proactively identifying opportunities for growth, innovation and market expansion within a competitive landscape. Strong sales, negotiation, and commercial strategy skills, with experience in forecasting, P&L management, and sales reporting. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and brand partners, and to lead or coordinate teams effectively. Knowledge of category management, planograms, in-store activations, and competitor analysis. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems, with excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills. Flexible and willing to travel for meetings, trade shows, and events.
