NPD Specification Co-ordinator Shercock, Co. Cavan Full-time | Fixed term contract Join our New Product Development team and play a key role in bringing new food products to market. Were looking for a detail-driven and proactive NPD Specification Co-ordinator to manage product, raw material and packaging specifications for our business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and great customer outcomes. What Youll Do Create and maintain product specifications (internal & customer). Build specs on retailer portals including TQC, Zoom, and Wave. Work closely with NPD, suppliers, and retail customers. Manage new material specs, technical questionnaires & approvals. Ensure products meet customer, safety, legal & quality standards. Verify nutrition info and support customer/external audits. Stay up to date with retailer COPs, food legislation & technical data. What Were Looking For 4+ years experience in a technical food product development role. Experience working with Irish retailer specification systems. Relevant qualification in Food Science, Food Innovation, Food Quality, Food Safety, or related discipline desirable. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail & ability to work under pressure. Organised, analytical, and confident in challenging the status quo.
