    HR Administrator (Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover) (HRIS Data & Recruitment Support) Shercock, Co. Cavan Are you an organised, detail‑driven HR professional who enjoys working with people data, systems and recruitment processes? We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our HR team on a fixed term contract basis to cover maternity leave and play a key role in supporting recruitment campaigns, HR systems administration and accurate people data management. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy and variety, and who wants to grow their experience in HR systems, recruitment and compliance within a fast‑paced environment. About the Role As HR Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across: Recruitment campaigns HR systems (HRIS/ATS) Employee data and reporting You’ll help ensure our recruitment and HR processes are efficient, legally compliant and supported by accurate, high‑quality data. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Administration Provide end‑to‑end administrative support for recruitment campaigns across multiple roles and departments Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including posting vacancies, monitoring applications and issuing candidate communications Coordinate interview scheduling, documentation and logistics Support right‑to‑work and pre‑employment checks in line with Irish legislation Prepare offer documentation and support onboarding administration Maintain recruitment trackers and metrics (e.g. time to hire, vacancy status) HR Data & Systems Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems Complete regular data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency and GDPR compliance Process data updates, uploads and leavers administration Support HR reporting through accurate data extraction and validation Ensure confidential and secure handling of employee data HR Reporting & Administration Produce standard HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, recruitment) Support ad‑hoc data requests for audits, compliance and workforce planning Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and controls What We’re Looking For Essential Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment administration or HR systems support Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy Experience working with HR systems (HRIS, ATS or similar) Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports Good understanding of GDPR and confidentiality in an HR setting Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Desirable Experience supporting high‑volume recruitment campaigns Experience in a multi‑site, manufacturing or FMCG environment Exposure to HR reporting, metrics or dashboards Interest or experience in system improvements or process automation Why Join Us? The Role As a Hanger in the Kill / Evis Department , you will play a key role in ensuring our production lines operate efficiently and safely. You will contribute to the production of high-quality food products while maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, safety, and teamwork. Full training is provided, along with opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the business. Please note this is a temporary fixed term contract of 6 months. Evening Shift Monday: 15:00 - 23:15 Tuesday – Thursday: 14:30 - 22:45 Friday: 14:00 - 22:15 Key Responsibilities Operate and set up production line equipment. Follow daily production plans and meet output and quality targets. Monitor the production process and report any issues, delays, or equipment concerns. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness. Adhere to all health & safety, quality, and company procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production line. About You Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential. A good standard of English is essential. A positive, reliable team player with strong communication skills. Good numeracy, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
