Job Description We are looking to recruit a Full Time Bar Supervisorto join our award winning team in M. Fitzgerald's. This role will be reporting to the General Manager. Leading the bar and floor team ensuring high standards are maintained and providing engaging and high-end service to our customers. Hours Full Time hours with full time availability required. Duties & Responsibilities Ensure that scheduled rosters are followed accordingly and arrive on time for duty Availability to work a flexible roster including evening and weekend work Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverage Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms as directed by the Food & Beverage Supervisor Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen and other areas of operation to ensure any tasks have been completed as agreed Ensure that customers receive immediate recognition in a courteous and professional manner at al times Manage all customer requests in a timely and efficient manner Support the Food & Beverage Supervisor in providing the highest possible standards at all times.
