We are currently recruiting an experienced Kitchen Porter for a busy kitchen at Ballinrobe Racecourse for the upcoming racing season, commencing Friday April 17th. Applicants should have previous experience in a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen. Duties will include pot-wash and put-away, distribution of stock between locations on race day, rubbish removal from kitchen area to outside bins, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen and generally assisting Chefs as required. Shifts are typically commence late morning and are between 7-8 hours duration. A meal and drink are provided at break time.
