  • We are currently recruiting a part time Commis Chef/Experienced Food Handler to work in our Galway Restaurants. The role will involve a combination of kitchen based food preparation roles as well as front of house carvery and deli service shifts. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months experience of working in a hands-on food prep/service role in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen and be capable of working in a team environment Current HACCP certification and ideally another industry qualification are required. Shifts will be mainly daytime, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, however flexibility to work at least one evening shift may be required. The role will offer a suitable applicant the opportunity to combine work with ongoing professional development and a regular roster pattern can be offered to accommodate this. Meals are provided while on duty. Applicants must be available for an in-person interview and be available to commence work in the coming weeks. Successful applicants only will be invited for interview. Satisfactory references will be required before any job offer is made.
