Role Overview This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join a high-performing delivery team on a 75-unit residential development in Limerick. Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, you will support the day-to-day coordination of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to a high-quality standard. This role is ideally suited to someone coming from a Site Engineer / Junior PM background looking to step into a more commercially and programme-focused position. Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in the overall delivery of the project from inception through to handover Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure works are progressing in line with programme Support in managing project timelines, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies Assist with technical submittals, RFIs and design coordination with the design team Monitor quality on site, ensuring all works are carried out in line with specifications and regulations Support health & safety implementation and ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements Track progress and contribute to regular reporting to senior managementLiaise with commercial team on cost tracking, variations and procurement of materials Assist in managing snagging, inspections and project handover processes Maintain accurate project documentation and records Requirements 3-6+ years’ experience in construction (residential experience highly desirable) Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and construction processes Experience working on residential or large-scale building projects Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with systems such as Procore, Viewpoint or similar #J-18808-Ljbffr
