The Role As Contracts Manager , you will: Manage a portfolio of airline clients across EMEA and the Americas , ensuring compliance with lease terms and timelines. Liaise with airlines, OEMs, external counsel, and internal deal teams to support aircraft deliveries, redeliveries, extensions, and restructurings . Review and monitor LOIs, lease agreements, CPs/CSs, and Letters of Credit to ensure accurate execution and reporting.
