Position: Localization Developer Duration: Full Time Location: Dublin (Ireland) Job Summary: Development, production, and localization of web-based learning solutions and instructor-led training materials. Primary job responsibilities include collaborating with client subject matter experts to research, organize, write/produce course content and ensure it is appropriate for the intended audience. Primary responsibilities: Work with content teams to develop content for WBT, CBT, and ILT courseware using interactive learning models and taking into account adult learning principles. Develop and produce compliant instructor-led training materials and web-based learning solutions for sales reps of various brands. Collaborate with client subject matter experts to research, organize, and write course content; consult with brand experts to ensure all product information is up-to-date. Use a variety of development tools to put the content into its interactive format. Receive developed content and localize/adapt it to create multiple versions, implementing both contextualization and language adaptations to the original assets. Participate in working sessions with clients and brand consultants, respond to feedback, and incorporate it into high-quality deliverables. Review existing content for out-of-date information around product information, product licensing, competitors, regulatory environment, and/or brand, performing edits as required to ensure content is current and compliant. Support translations as required, including coordinating and managing content reviews and signoffs with stakeholders in the Localization team. Other responsibilities: Launch tasks and manage workflows within VeevaVault PromoMats; ensure that content meets requirements and that references are appropriately anchored. Use machine translation software to generate content for different markets in different languages. Assist in analysis of content for cultural sensitivity and region-specific examples including but not limited to units of measurements, imagery, colloquialisms, and/or tabus in a given location. Review courses for content errors and ensure that all images and graphics accurately represent course content and are culturally suitable for the region of deployment. Required Competencies: Medical/scientific writing experience with the understanding that the human health content is focused on, but not limited to cardiovascular/respiratory medicine, virology, immunology, and/or vaccines. Proven experience in learning development and authoring tools. Experience in a regulated industry and with global markets. Strategic mindset around content development; able to analyze existing materials and propose innovative solutions embracing new technologies (e.g., AI). High attention to detail across many components across a suite of assets. Self-directed with a demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines. Able to deal well with ambiguity, high-complexity projects, and fast-paced change. Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple assignments concurrently with a minimum of direction in an evolving work environment and foresee risks. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills including being able to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms. Strong project and time management skills; managing multiple priorities while interacting pleasantly and productively with others. Team player with a positive attitude, sense of urgency, and willingness to do whatever is needed to achieve project goals and requirements. Preferred Competencies: Experience in Veeva Vault PromoMats including adding references/anchors. Proven background in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry. Experience with the medical and legal review process in the pharma industry. Familiarity with international Regulatory Affairs requirements (e.g., labelling, copyrights, trademarks). Experience with supporting reviews and managing translations with in-language/in-country reviewers. Experience with Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Adobe or similar to develop content. (3 days at the office) We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to be our key connecting link with a client and responsible for managing large scale programs, maintaining existing relationships within the accounts and growing new opportunities. Responsible for all onsite and offshore delivery of programs, manage and mentor staff, and team oversight and supervision. About The Strategic Content Solutions (SCS) Strategic Content Solutions, part of RWS's Language Services division, works closely with major accounts and clients of all sizes who are going global with specialized localization services. These services cover the entire localization spectrum, from translating content, media, and audio to creating engaging eLearning programs and transcreating highly impactful marketing campaigns. The SCS works closely with RWS's Language eXperience Delivery (LXD) platform, which includes 2,000 in-house linguists, and a network of more than 29,000 translators, who use RWS's proprietary machine translation, AI and translation productivity tools, to deliver a 24/7 service to clients. Key Responsibilities Manage client as a program, responsible for all onsite and offshore delivery. Manage, mentor and motivate staff, provide project team oversight and supervision. Manage and maintain existing business and grow new opportunities within account. Manage the implementation of highly complex software development and/or testing projects. Oversee development of project plans and timelines, project specifications, and track execution of project tasks using defined metrics according to a measurement plan. Excellent skills in drafting and communicating project documents in a clear and concise manner. Proven negotiation skills in dealing with delicate aspects of small/medium size project proposals. Possess leadership, time management, and organizational skills. Strong competence of job-related tools, procedures, and programming languages. Experience in a wide range of technologies. Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery teams across multiple programs/projects within an account. Proven experience in technology environment and in applicable vertical market. Proven people, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze business opportunities and develop effective business development strategies. Advanced experience in technology environment and applicable vertical market. Strong working knowledge of current market technologies required. Understanding of environment, drivers and dependencies, quality assurance practices, principles and methodologies required. Ability to interact with various cultures in a global organization.     Content Creation Program Manager (French) 11 months contract Location: Dublin, city centre - hybrid. We are seeking a native French speaking Associate Program Manager to lead various digital adoption initiatives with the goal of increasing product usage throughout our customer base. The Associate Program Manager will think strategically and drive adoption with our customers through email campaigns, in particular our GenAI-driven campaigns , with potential to also support new in-product communication enhancements. The successful candidate must incorporate project management skills to identify content opportunities in the customer experience and suggest improvements, as well as measure the results and effectiveness of campaigns and other forms of proactive outreach to generate better customer outcomes. The successful candidate will also be analytical and skilled in storytelling, simplifying business concepts into engaging customer experiences and empowering customers to self-serve. Responsibilities Provide content creation and review support for customer communications developed by generative artificial intelligence models (GenAI), focusing on the user details and context, and fixing inaccuracies to respect the overall theme and intent of the messaging. Ensure style guides and language syntax is met in all customer campaigns by resolving inconsistencies and errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and email design. Collaborate cross-functionally to source and validate all communication components such as resources, links, videos, and email copy to improve customer digital experience. Follow established workflows to consistently track and report inaccuracies and results to technical and cross-functional teams and support testing sprints for GenAI campaigns. Create new or translate existing content for both English and French customer-facing resources. Collaborate on the development and implementation of digital adoption journeys, including both email campaigns and future in-product efforts. Basic Qualifications Experience in writing, editing and proofreading user content. Native or Fluent in English and French. Experience with Generative-AI content management like prompt building or output reviewing. Experience building and launching email and nurture digital programs to customer behavior.
