Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and capacity constraints Utilize inventory management software to analyse stock levels, identify trends to ensure correct safety stocks accuracy Identify and implement strategies to streamline inventory processes, reduce costs, and minimize stockouts or overstock situations Plan and execute regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with records, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions Provide the sales team with insights into inventory levels and potential supply constraints, enabling them to manage customer expectations effectively Recommend adjustments to safety stocks, lead times, reorder points, and MRP parameters to optimize inventory performance Qualifications Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management Third Level qualified (would be desirable) Demonstrated leadership in S&OP, capacity planning, and schedule optimization Expert knowledge of ERP & MRP Systems Inventory Management and Procurement principles and practice Full range of Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package with pension and life assurance as standard.
