Main Responsibilities Oversee maintenance operations across processing, boning, and retail packing lines, ensuring smooth and reliable performance. Develop and manage a comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and refrigeration systems.
