Requirements 5+ years of product management experience with enterprise-grade B2B SaaS products in data, privacy, security, or a related technical field. Oversee the technical design and architecture of solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and align with Ethyca’s technology standards. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and career development sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and project delivery, with a target of achieving a sprint delivery rate of at least 90%. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders related to DSRs, API integrations, and reporting, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively. Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards, and maintain a production defect rate of less than 2%. Successfully onboard and mentor new team members, ensuring they reach full productivity within 90 days. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions within 60 days on average, while maintaining a high retention rate of new hires.
