We are now on the hunt for an experienced talented Production Coordinator who will join the production team in Kilkenny and contribute to the production, 16+ show. The dates you will be required is from 02 June 2026 and the term of this contract will be until 11 Sept 2026.

This role is based in our studio in Kilkenny which is in the Republic of Ireland, unfortunately no option to Freelance.
Due to the nature of the role, we would not be in a position to obtain a work permit and therefore for this role, we will only be able to consider applications from residents within the EU / EU passport holders only.
About the role
The Production Coordinator will play an important part in our overall production process and co‑ordinate the day‑to‑day operation of assigned production departments in conjunction with the Production Manager.

What you’ll be doing
Managing the departmental scheduling as needed.
Coordinating the day‑to‑day operation of the assigned department(s).
Maintaining close communication with crew regarding their tasks and deadlines.
Liaising with partners on asset delivery and weekly launch meetings, updating crew and production management team on any updates prior to launch.
Checking and reporting daily on individual artists’ progress and highlight delays to the production manager.
Populating assets and data into Shotgrid or another assigned database if needed.
Running and updating weekly reports for the production manager.
Mentoring, aiding and supporting production assistant(s) with their duties as production requires and time allows.
Working very closely with the production manager, line producer and department supervisors.
Requirements of the role
A minimum of 2 years of animation series work in a fast‑paced production department is desired.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Working knowledge of shotgun is a major asset but will consider other asset tracking systems as a plus.
