This role involves nationwide travel to collect and deliver stock, including collections from our clothing banks and deliveries to our retail stores across Ireland. You must be energetic and physically fit as this role involves driving to many depots, packing clothing/ stock, loading into the truck and offloading back at the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Collect and deliver stock nationwide. Carry out regular collections from our clothing banks. Supply and deliver goods to retail stores nationwide. Ensure safe handling and secure transportation of stock. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements Full C1 Driving Licence (required). Previous driving and delivery experience required. Good knowledge of Irish roads and nationwide routes. Strong communication skills and reliability. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, providing leadership and mentorship, and supporting long-term unemployed individuals in recovery to progress towards future employment and/or education. Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of work experience and accredited training programmes Provide day-to-day supervision and support to CE participants on site Mentor and motivate participants to develop skills, confidence, and employability Monitor participant progress and prepare reports for the Sponsoring Committee Manage personnel, financial, and material resources in line with CE Scheme guidelines Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, training standards, and Department of Social Protection (DSP) requirements Skills and Experience Required Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Energetic and proactive approach, with a genuine commitment to supporting others Experience supervising staff and/or working within community-based programmes Background in warehousing, operations, recycling, or training is desirable but not essential Eligibility This position is funded through the Department of Social Protection Community Employment Scheme.
