Liberty Recycling is currently seeking a Community Employment (CE) Supervisor to manage and support participants on our CE Scheme. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, providing leadership and mentorship, and supporting long-term unemployed individuals in recovery to progress towards future employment and/or education. Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of work experience and accredited training programmes Provide day-to-day supervision and support to CE participants on site Mentor and motivate participants to develop skills, confidence, and employability Monitor participant progress and prepare reports for the Sponsoring Committee Manage personnel, financial, and material resources in line with CE Scheme guidelines Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, training standards, and Department of Social Protection (DSP) requirements Skills and Experience Required Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Energetic and proactive approach, with a genuine commitment to supporting others Experience supervising staff and/or working within community-based programmes Background in warehousing, operations, recycling, or training is desirable but not essential Eligibility This position is funded through the Department of Social Protection Community Employment Scheme.
