Our Ennis store has been proudly serving the local community for almost five years, and we are now seeking a professional, organised, and energetic Store Manager to lead the team and continue building on its success. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and merchandising. Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers and Ts participants, ensuring high standards of presentation and professionalism. Keep the store well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing at all times. Plan and deliver sales promotions, window displays, and seasonal layouts to maximise sales and enhance the boutique feel. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every shopper enjoys a welcoming and high-quality experience. Maintain health, safety, and operational standards in line with company procedures. Work with Liberty Recycling management to achieve targets and contribute to the organisations continued growth. The Ideal Candidate Proven retail management or supervisory experience, ideally from a fashion or branded retail environment. A positive, professional, and organised leader who takes pride in presentation and team standards. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others. Customer-focused with an eye for detail, style, and merchandising. Enthusiastic about sustainability and quality retail experiences. Flexible, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy retail setting.
