  • HVAC Commercial Technician  

    - Passage West

    My client is actively looking for HVAC Commercial Technicians. They are seeking someone who has these credentials: Service, troubleshoot, and clean heating and cooling equipment and related products. This includes air-cooled and water-cooled systems from 10 tons to 1,000 tons; hot water boilers up to 200 hp; various sizes of air conditioners, pumps, air handlers, cooling towers, spot coolers, electric and gas heaters. Maintain, service, and set up rental systems. Maintain accurate field service reports including refrigerant tracking logs and timekeeping logs. Use power tools, hand tools, and other mechanical equipment. Operate equipment including vehicles and forklifts. Load and unload trucks. Communicate in a professional manner with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers. Perform other duties as needed including general maintenance, cleaning, lifting, organizing, and general inventory counts to support the business. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s Degree or HVAC technical certification preferred. 3+ years of Commercial HVAC experience; Rentals experience preferred. Proficiency in servicing, troubleshooting, and cleaning heating and cooling equipment and related products. Ability to obtain EPA Universal license within 60 days of hire. EPA 608 Universal certification preferred. Valid Driver’s License. Must be able to lift and manipulate objects up to 50 pounds. Must adhere to all EH&S policies and standards. Ability to work on-call and/or overtime as required to support the business.   • Senior Outsourced Accountant  

    - Passage West

    Role: As a Senior Outsourced Accountant, this individual will be working with a broad clientele base that includes not for profit, non-profit, municipalities, small privately held businesses, and start up organizations. This person will be responsible for being a mini-CFO/Controller for the organization helping these organizations create financials, budgets, help with transactional accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis as well as act as a strategic partner making sure the organizations have internal controls in place, process improvements, assisting with strategic decisions, etc. Responsibilities: Work with privately held business owners, startups, and non-profits to manage the day to day accounting operations Acting like a mini-CFO/Controller to help the organizations establish internal controls, improve processes, advise on strategic decisions, etc. Prepare financial statements Create budgets and forecasts Work on debt, equity, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, depreciation, etc. Perform month end close Provide expertise in process improvements, automation, as well as suggestions as needed Work with, liaison with, and communicate updates to outside auditors/vendors of these clientele Ad hoc projects Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required CPA or other certifications are a huge plus 5+ years of progressive audit and/or outsourced accounting experience within a public accounting or advisory firm Compensation: A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including a Base Salary, bonus, medical, dental, vision, great 401K, profit sharing, tuition, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, etc. Working Conditions: This position is an in-office position as well as client facing position.
