    School Catering Supervisor - Cork All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying. As a Supervisor for the Munster region , you will be the heart of our operation. You will be customer focused with high standards! You will be a key member of the team to deliver world class food & service for our schools. You will set the standard and guide your team daily. You will be a mobile working covering a number of schools in the Munster and surrounding areas, working with the onsite team and other leaders across our business to ensure the best service is delivered. This is a part time role, working 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday and will only be required to work in line with the academic calendar. You must have access to your own car. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that your schools have sufficient employees daily to provide the required service Ensure all schools are received the correct deliveries Address any operational issues that arise daily Hands on cover is required from time to time to ensure the service is delivered Travel between schools is required to support the operational needs HACCAP records to be audited Responsible for conducting Health and Safety Audits within your schools Responsible for driving compliance with eLearning and any other training required Ensure waste is kept to a minimum in your schools Lead and inspire the team to deliver superior customer service at all times In the absence of the Manager, assist in the completion of weekly administration and any other duties that are deemed necessary Be pro-active at all times and use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may arise Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed About You: Previous experience supervising frontline teams One Years catering experience in Glanmore Foods.
