Key Responsibilities: Ensure that your schools have sufficient employees daily to provide the required service Ensure all schools are received the correct deliveries Address any operational issues that arise daily Hands on cover is required from time to time to ensure the service is delivered Travel between schools is required to support the operational needs HACCAP records to be audited Responsible for conducting Health and Safety Audits within your schools Responsible for driving compliance with eLearning and any other training required Ensure waste is kept to a minimum in your schools Lead and inspire the team to deliver superior customer service at all times In the absence of the Manager, assist in the completion of weekly administration and any other duties that are deemed necessary Be pro-active at all times and use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may arise Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed About You: Previous experience supervising frontline teams One Years catering experience in Glanmore Foods.
