Plumber Full Time | Leinster We are currently recruiting a Plumber / Heat Pump Installer to join our growing team, working on residential properties across the Leinster region. This is a full-time, permanent position suited to an experienced plumber with strong domestic experience, excellent attention to detail, and a professional, customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance, servicing, inspection, and checking of heat pump systems in private domestic homes Installation support and upgrade works on existing heat pump systems Fault finding and basic problem diagnosis (advanced diagnostics an advantage) General domestic plumbing maintenance and repair work Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations Maintaining a clean, respectful, and professional presence in customers homes What you will be doing day to day: 60% heatpump retrofit 20% New build including plumbing works 10% heatpump service and maintenance 10% plumbing and heating maintenance Requirements: Fully qualified plumber Minimum 3+ years post-qualification experience Strong experience working in the private domestic sector Proven experience or strong interest in heat pump maintenance and servicing Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently across multiple residential sites Desirable (Not Essential): Experience diagnosing heat pump performance issues Knowledge of renewable heating systems Package: Competitive salary dependent on experience and ability Above-market rates available for exceptional candidates Full-time, permanent role with consistent work across Leinster This role is ideal for an experienced domestic plumber looking to specialise further in heat pump maintenance and renewable heating systems.
