As a Senior Engineering Manager in our Engineering group, you will be a key technical leader and role model within the organization. You’ll be leading a team of Engineers to design and deliver a scalable, best‑in‑class LMS and you’ll grow and strengthen the great company culture that we have in LearnUpon. What will I be doing? Lead and manage two to three teams of Engineers. Mentor and grow top engineering talent. Drive key technical and design discussions with the teams. Drive execution of product and technology road map by collaborating with Engineering, Product, Partnerships, and other business partners. Create a collaborative work environment that fosters ownership, accountability, transparency and innovation. Be a role model who inspires people to action and holds a high bar for craftsmanship. Drive alignment across the org in creating the overall long‑term technology road map. What skills do I need? 5+ years of hands‑on technical management experience in a similar role. 5+ years of programming experience in software design and development in an object‑oriented programming language such as Java, C/C++, Ruby, C#. Deep knowledge of developing web applications. Superb written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. Ability to convey just the right message to just the right people at just the right time, with the purpose of keeping the business moving forward. Knowledge of (and a passion for) current trends and best practices in software design and architecture, including performance, security and scalability. Strong understanding of and passion for craftsmanship. Strong management skills for planning and executing complex projects. We are looking for a passionate, innovative, detail-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join the digital marketing team at LearnUpon. This role focuses on creating campaigns and leveraging data to optimize engagement and drive conversions on our global paid channels. What will I be doing? Develop and own global strategy for paid channels including budget management across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social. Execute, analyze, and optimize best-in-class paid social and display advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement from in target accounts. Measure and evaluate success of SEM campaigns to inform strategy and deliver on KPIs. Work closely with our creative and content teams to develop and test ad creative and copy to continuously improve performance. Manage and optimize our CPL programs to increase lead generation from ICP leads and accounts. Actively research new advertising vendors we can add to our paid digital channel ecosystem. Identify new audiences and targeting opportunities. Deliver comprehensive reporting to senior management on campaign performance. What skills do I need? 5+ years hands‑on experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing). Experience working with popular social media ad platforms (LinkedIn, Meta). Experience managing large budgets. Experience with media reporting / analytics tools such as Google Analytics & Google Data Studio. Creative thinker with a positive attitude and an appetite to learn, experiment, and strategise using your insights, with the marketing team. Excellent communication skills, proofreading, and attention to detail. Must be comfortable working with others and in a team environment. Not required but considered a plus Google Ads Professional Certification. Experience with B2B/Technology and/or demand-driven digital media campaigns such as webinar registrations, eBook downloads, and content syndication. We are a small team focused on developing and supporting our cloud infrastructure and app services, to ensure platform scalability and site uptime. Our flagship product is coded predominantly in Ruby on Rails, with data managed through a common mix of current SaaS back-end technologies including AWS backed services. We also use local containerised development environments. However, we are not bound to our tech stack. We prefer choosing the right technology for the right problem so you’ll have plenty of space to grow your skills. We are key consultants for the entire company on matters of infrastructure feasibility. What will I be doing? As a Staff Engineer in Site Reliability Engineering, you will be part of the team responsible for the scale-out of the LearnUpon infrastructure. Specifically, the main responsibilities are: Drive architectural improvements and best practices across the organisation for system reliability, scalability, and performance. Lead the design and implementation of automated solutions for infrastructure, deployments, and monitoring. Mentor and guide junior SREs, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning. Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to and resolve complex production incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that new features and services are designed with reliability and ease of operations in mind from the outset.
