This position is ideally suited to an energetic and highly motivated professional who thrives in a busy environment. The primary role of the Receptionist/ Showroom Host is to ensure that all customer contact is dealt with in a prompt and professional manner ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with Dealership standards. The Role: Answer all incoming calls in a professional and prompt manner Welcome customers and visitors to the showroom with warmth, in a prompt, efficient and professional manner Encourage rapport building with customers who are visiting the showroom Provide administrative support to the Sales & Aftersales teams Ensure the reception and customer waiting areas are kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times The Candidate: Self-motivated professional with excellent customer service skills Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Be personable, outgoing and well presented with a can do attitude Polite and clear telephone manner Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Excellent team player Minimum of two years reception experience Excel at understanding, anticipating and exceeding customers expectations Skills: Exceptional Customer Service Skills Speak Fluent English Excellent Telephone Manner
