Current Opportunities We are recruiting for the following permanent roles as part of our hybrid working model, based in Dublin within People Services, which is part of our Tax Practice. Our service offerings include Global Mobility, Employment Tax and Rewards. The roles available combine Irish and international tax and social security advice across the different service offerings. The roles include assistance with/oversight over related tax compliance matters. Snapshot of Your Peer Group Membership of the Irish Taxation Institute or equivalent Excellent technical tax skills and/or ability to develop experience in relation to Global Mobility & Employment Tax. Minimum 4 years’ advisory and/or compliance experience in Global Mobility, Employment Tax, and/or general Personal Tax. Strong organisational, project management, interpersonal and client relationship skills Excellent written, numerical, Microsoft excel/other skills. Experience coordinating global/regional tax services for a client portfolio is a bonus. Responsibilities Advise and manage the delivery of global mobility services for your client portfolio – this may include Irish and cross border tax and social security matters. Advise on Irish employment tax matters such as PREM Interventions, PAYE Health Checks, and workforce restructuring matters. Advise on personal tax obligations relating to income taxes, CGT and CAT. Be the point of contact for review and delivery of certain Irish tax compliance services – this may include SARP returns, ESA/RSS1 returns and certain personal tax returns, etc. Lead and mentor a team, including involvement in performance reviews. Manage, delegate, and review work across client portfolios. Contribute to in‑house training and team development. Consult with Domestic and International colleagues on the delivery of services.
