Grade: Manager Contract type: Perm We have an opportunity for a Corporate Tax Manager role in our tax department. KPMG is Ireland’s leading and largest tax practice. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing corporation tax advisory and compliance services for a portfolio of clients. Your client portfolio will consist of clients with operations in a variety of industries primarily life sciences, technology, real estate and retail. This will help you develop broad commercial skills and insights across industries. While no two days will be the same, the successful candidate will generally take responsibility for: Managing a portfolio of clients and leading the delivery of high-quality commercial tax advice. Advising on business structures, expansions, financings and refinancings. Managing tax controversy, dispute resolution and other aspects of tax authority enquiries. Advising on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions from due diligence, acquisition structuring and post-acquisition business integration. Preparing clients for new tax developments, including Pillar 2, and helping client teams to restructure and evolve to meet tax challenges of the future. Experience in client-facing roles with high-quality delivery within tight timelines. Good written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to think logically through problems from start to finish.
