Purpose of the Role The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting both pre-discovery and delivery phases of the nCino Commercial Credit Management (CCM) module. The role focuses on defining clear, actionable business requirements aligned to commercial lending risk and Early Warning needs, ensuring successful implementation across Credit, Risk and Lending functions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse and document CCM requirements from Credit, Risk and Lending stakeholders. Define Early Warning indicators, scenarios and monitoring use cases. Translate lending and credit risk processes into clear user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria. Support project teams with scope definition, refinement and backlog prioritisation.
