  • Job Description Due to the continued growth of King and Moffatt Building Services, we are now looking to hire a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to provide maintenance support on a number of our existing projects across the central belt region of Ireland. What you would do: Air Handling Unit Maintenance: Inspect supply fan drives pulleys for wear and tear, driven belt tension and fan impeller for damage or material impingement. AC Maintenance: Check all electrical connections, condenser fan, temperatures and pressures etc. Boiler Maintenance: Check flue soundness, ensure guard is fitted, check condensate drainage system etc. Calorifier Maintenance: Check insulation, valves, settings and outlet temperature. Pump Maintenance & Booster Sets Maintenance: Check motor starter, connections and seals for leaks. TMV Valves Maintenance: Check hot and cold water supply, filters and temperatures. General maintenance of smoke & fire dampers, pressurisation units, AOV and fan coil units. General maintenance of plumbing, pipework, taps and leaks.     Job Description Responsible for supporting and enhancing the delivery of a project from a technical aspect. This role reports to a Project Manager or Contracts Manager and is both Office and Site based as necessary to support project requirements. Duties and Responsibilities Become familiar with all the project details, design and specifications. Collate technical submittals as detailed by the Contracts/Project Manager and manage this process. Collaborate with Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Design and QS on updating the progress report. Subject line of all emails to include the job nr at the start. Raising RFI’s and keeping the RFI schedule up to date. Follow up on orders of long lead plant items. Ensure latest revisions of drawings are being worked on site. Redline drawings with as-built information and issue to design. Monitor compliance of Sub Contractors. Attend site meetings. Assist QS in all variations and back up for changes and procurement. Manage relevant external correspondence. Ensure compliance with all Building Regulations, Standards and Health & Safety Regulations. Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required. Job Description As a Planner/Senior Planner at King and Moffatt, you would be responsible for establishing and maintaining project planning controls and accurate reporting across multiple projects. Main duties and responsibilities: Create a master baseline schedule in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project software as per the company procedures, industry best practice and client specifications. Using schedule hierarchy, create schedules for project delivery and communicate these to the project team. Create separate and integrated templates and model programmes for three stages being Pre-construction, construction and commissioning. Create detailed schedules covering design, procurement, installation and close out. Incorporate the trade contractors’ schedules into the Company schedule hierarchy. Communicate the scheduling and project controls matters to all members of the project team, which includes the Company, the client, the design team, and the trade contractors. Manage progress reporting and integration of progress information into the company’s progress reports. Create and monitor KPIs and production of weekly/monthly dashboards and reports. Engage in the change management process to determine the impact of change on the programme. Create and manage the commissioning programme. Develop commissioning KPI’s and reporting regime. Prepare time impact analyses to support extension of time claims. Evaluate extension of time claims from trade contractors. Mentor and provide training to junior staff.
