Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality early childhood education in line with Aistear and Solta frameworks. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 2.5 to 5 years. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support holistic development. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians. Ensure compliance with Tusla regulations and ECCE scheme requirements. Requirements: Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent). Experience working in a preschool or early years setting preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A genuine love for working with children.
