    Killaloe Hotel & Spa is a 4 star boutique hotel focused on customer service & guest experience. We have a busy spa & rooms department but we are looking to add to our food & beverage department. We have our busy bar & restaurant O'Briens and also our cocktail bar, our library for private dining and our ballroom. We are looking for a full time food & beverage supervisor to join a young dynamic team. Experience in a hotel or busy bar & restaurant is desired. Start date is 11TH February 2026. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will supervise the operational and financial success of the Food & Beverage is a hands on role with a focus on guest service, training and leading the team daily in operations. To the relevant standards, supervise and oversee all food and beverage areas in the hotel. Support/supervise hotel events to ensure exceptional service at all times. Ensure that all guests are greeted warmly and cheerfully at arrival and throughout their stay. Assist with the training of new employees. Ensure that all meals and beverages are delivered on time and to the acceptable standards. Daily supervision of the Bar, Restaurant, and C&B operations and personnel. A hands on approach To ensure that all of our customers receive the best possible improve the F&B offering with continuous improvements/upgrades & to increase guest satisfaction.     As our hotel receptionist, youll be the first point of contact for all guests. The ideal candidate should be friendly, welcoming, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about our policies, offerings, and amenities to ensure guests enjoy their stay with us. In addition to providing excellent customer service, the hotel receptionist will help with administrative tasks at the front desk to ensure operational efficiency. What You'll Do: Welcome and check-in guests, making a warm and professional first impression Kindly and promptly address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and requests Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Answer and forward phone calls Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area Use hotel management software for check-ins, check-outs, and guest information Liaise with other departments re bookings/menus/guest requirements Knowledge of Sales is beneficial but most importantly ensuring our guests have a warm, pleasant and positive interaction with the property before, during and after each stay is paramount in line with Killaloe Hotel & Spa brand guidelines.
