  • Accounts Assistant - fixed-term maternity leave contract We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts Department at Kilkenny River Court Hotel on a fixed-term maternity leave contract. The major function of this role is the responsibility for maintaining efficient and accurate Accounting functions. Reporting to the General Manager and Group Financial Director you will be responsible for some of the following: Daily reconciliation of cash, credit cards and lodgements and liaise with all departments on a regular basis in relation to any discrepancies with the daily income and assisting them to correct this. Processing of Weekly payroll To assist with month end process Assist with HR administration duties Oversee and monitor hotel deliveries checked in by others Ad-hoc finance projects and to perform other related duties as assigned Required Knowledge and Skills: Previous experience in a similar role High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain financial standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
