We have a very exciting new position available for aRestaurant and Bar Manager in the Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel. Objective of the Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Restaurant and Bar Manager will oversee the running of key functions in the hotel, as well as supporting the General Manager. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in the management of the day-to-day operation of Food & Beverage Operation, leading by example, to achieve the highest level of Guest satisfaction -To ensure that the company policies, the vision statement and departmental objectives are followed and utilised at all times. - Anticipate guest needs, and proactively manage their expectations. - Makes recommendations in relation to Food and Beverage operations in order to achieve better service standards. - Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. - Have full knowledge of the hotel and all departments.
