Requirements Garda Vetting is a prerequisite to commencing employment with Kilkenny and Carlow ETB. As part of your application, you are required to upload a copy of your current registration confirmation from the Teaching Council, including details of the subjects you are registered to teach. If you are a Newly Qualified Teacher, please upload proof of your application for registration with the Teaching Council.
