The Role Daily management of the centre, including administration and completion of reports Organise the upcoming week according to company guidelines Ensure that all team members are on board with the weekly plans and clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members Support staff to ensure the holistic development of the children Maintain close, effective, working partnerships with staff and parents to ensure the wellbeing of their children and to achieve the centre's goals. Your Profile Minimum of 3 years professional experience working with children Previous experience as a manager in a childcare or educational setting Excellent communication skills Experience in training other team members Microsoft Office proficiency A relevant childcare or teaching qualification (desirable) What's in it for you?
