Job Overview KDP Ireland is seeking an experienced strategic Finance Director to lead the Beverage Concentrate and Local Legal Entity FP&A function at their manufacturing facility in County Kildare, outside of Dublin, in Ireland. As the FP&A Finance Director, you will be part of the Ireland leadership team and responsible for providing strategic and financial leadership to a rapidly growing business. You will have management responsibility for the Beverage Concentrate Supply Chain Finance Team with operations in Ireland and the US as well as leading the Ireland FP&A team with oversight of legal entity forecasting and European expansion. With a team of four direct reports and a broader Finance organization of 6‑8 people, this role will work closely with the US and International Finance teams. Responsibilities Act as business partner to the Ireland leadership team by providing strategic and financial leadership and provide cross‑functional support over supply chain operations. Develop and report on Ireland consolidated operations including reporting to local Board of Directors as well as reporting to internal leadership to enable effective decision making, cost management, productivity tracking and general business oversight. Take full FP&A responsibility over Beverage Concentrate manufacturing operations (IRL & US) and local Ireland legal entities performance, overseeing regular monthly/quarterly reviews and forecasting cycles, supporting the leadership team on key strategic business cases and capital investment opportunities. Oversee the beverage concentrates operating model including inter‑company co‑manufacturing operations, ensuring identified benefits are optimised and delivered and developing strategies to unlock future benefits. Support and oversee the procurement integration and principal model and all components that it impacts, partnering with legal, tax and controllership teams on all transfer pricing and annual reviews related to the procurement principal model. Own the completion of beverage concentrate principal activities as they relate to financials, systems, controls and development of future operating processes. Develop the 3‑year operating plan strategy, including risk management and visibility to future exposures. Provide strategic leadership and thought partnership on developing future capabilities in Ireland, including additional expansion opportunities in Europe to enable go‑to‑market strategies and future business development. Serve as the main local point of contact for Ireland’s Treasury and Audit activities, calibrate on accounting controls, and manage the consolidation of financial data back to the US for comprehensive supply chain reporting.
