About the role To support our growth ambitions, a new Senior Category Manager role has been created within the Category Team in IOI. The purpose of this role is to drive thought leadership and unlock opportunities for growth within the Categories we operate in, both externally in the Irish Grocery Retail trade, internally in cross functional teams and with key stakeholders in the business. The role will involve day-to-day management of our Key Strategic Customers - Build, grow and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships from a Category perspective on the Island of Ireland - Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Championing the consumer and shopper, leveraging strategic thinking and demonstrating actionable insights are at the heart of the role. A beverage/culinary background would be ideal, but not essential, although an interest in food & beverage is essential. Highly proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) & other CRM systems. Exceptional project management skills with a focus on seamless execution through teamwork. This is a full-time, seasonal position lasting from February to November. The work schedule consists of four 12-hour shifts per week, with occasional weekend work. We do not expect you to know all equipment and testing methods; training will be provided. The planned start date for this role will be in mid-January/February 2025. Where will you work? In Kerry Newmarket, we manufacture a variety of dairy products, like cheeses, butters, and whey. Due to the location of the Kerry Newmarket site, you will need to be able to drive, as there is limited public transport in the area. What will you be doing? The responsibilities of the Laboratory Technician include: Microbiological and chemical analysis of products using a variety of machines such as Quant NIR, Delta Lactoscope, Fluorophos, and more. Routine laboratory checks e.g. balances, incubators, and fridges. Environmental swabbing of factory areas. Communicating test results to relevant teams. You will also be trained on the CLAS Accreditation system – Kerry Newmarket Laboratory is CLAS accredited for both Micro and Chemical testing. What do you need to be successful? Science-based degree or equivalent. Experience in recordkeeping in LIMS system and conducting swabbing preferable. Good communicator and team player. Ability to work with minimal supervision after training. Willingness to do shift work. Eager to learn. Own transport is essential as accommodation is limited. The ideal candidate will have previous senior-level experience in managing international SuccessFactors projects, with excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate globally, and preferably hold SAP SuccessFactors certifications. To be successful in this role, you will have strong technical knowledge of HR systems (payroll, time systems, file management, digital signature, reporting tools) and integration technology (Boomi, Integration Center, CPI). You will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of HRIS design and data processes. You will also be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and knowledge of GDPR, LGPD, and other data regulations. Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas each week. Key Responsibilities Gather functional requirements for system enhancements and new projects. Manage small to mid-size projects in the functional area of HRIS. Partnering with HR stakeholders, recommend and implement technologies to enhance processes, remove redundancies or manual work by bringing automation where possible. Support and coordinate data migrations with HR stakeholders. Strong adherence to sensitivity and confidentiality in processing HR data. Write, update documentation for system administration, and support developing manager and employee training. Appropriately identify and escalate risks and issues. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Manage small to mid-size projects in the functional area of HRIS. Partner with regional/global HR operations leaders. Autonomous in order to drive, assess, propose and lead solutions with the stakeholders. Translates technical language into non-technical according to the audience. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in information technology. Strong senior level experience managing International SuccessFactors projects to successful completion and knowledge of principles and practices of Project Management. Good communication skills and the ability to use a variety of approaches to collaborate with and influence functional counterparts, supplier partners, contract resources, and IT peers. Ability to work with a global perspective. SAP SuccessFactors professional, with certifications is preferred. Technical understanding of other HR systems such as payroll, time systems, file management, digital signature or reporting tools. Integration technology and architecture (Boomi/Integration Center/CPI) is a plus. Functional understanding of HRIS design, structure, data, and processes. Ability to effectively plan, organise and present information such as reports or dashboards. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
