RSA and GBS work closely together to provide a seamless, fast, and consistent response to requests. EUM managers in RSA and GBS have regular meetings for customer needs. GBS is incorporated into appropriate regional all-staff meetings to stay informed of RSA and updates to business will be provided as needed through interactions outlined in deliverables. Be the in-region support for your colleagues in Global Business Services (GBS) ensuring that the GBS team are invited to relevant meetings and are kept informed of relevant in-region updates that may have an impact on their role. Training and onboarding partner of Regulatory colleagues & other functions as required. Commercialisations & Labelling Reviews the commercialisation process, for all relevant labelling and formatting compliance. Performs same comprehensive review and approvals required for formula changes through Kerry internal process. Customer/ external engagement Working closely with the senior R&SA scientist to ensure they are up to date with the latest development of relevant industry regulations and regulatory trends across the region and share with relevant stakeholders. Support the participation in trade association where applicable. Proactively business partnering with EUM on specific customer opportunities, strategic customer engagements including customer presentations. Crisis Management & Plant Support where applicable. Prepares external certification requests as outlined at project brief and leads the cross-functional substantiation and documentation of all claims in accordance with current country regulations. Completion of key strategic customer documentation that are retained under Regional remit, according to business strategic plans. Qualifications and skills Relevant degree in a Scientific/Technical field (or equivalent experience). 1-5 years' experience. Food and beverage industry experience ideally, in regulatory, QA or RD&A. Ability to work accurately and quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on your own initiative and pay attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and with the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility & Agility to meet business requirements. Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
