Define new opportunities by developing the Target Product Blueprint, a voice of customer and consumer insight backed document that defines and prioritizes the jobs to be done, value to be gained, specifications to be met. Collaborate with the pod team to develop the innovation pipeline through product renovations, research clinical trials and new the world solutions to meet the needs of defined new opportunities within the target product blueprint. Manage continuous growth by creating an innovation pipeline that has output every 1, 3 and 5 years correlating with new positioning in horizon one, new research clinical trials in horizon two and new to the world products in horizon three. Partner with product management to benchmark new growth opportunities, portfolio gaps, new products, renovations/research clinical trials, M&A against target product blueprint and recommend a build or buy approach when considering execution. In partnership with the pod, determine attractiveness and ROI for each target product blueprint/new product, renovation, research clinical trial or M&A target we investigate by developing the business case and integration planning as relevant to support the focus. Develop business cases that critically evaluate, prioritize and balance solution elements (product, service, price, capabilities, technology, etc.), and facilitate choice in collaboration with the POD around new product/renovations/research to ensure the best global solution is made for Kerry. With the pod team, define a living portfolio of target product blueprints and develop business cases that rank, prioritize and facilitate; provides insight and guidance to ensure new opportunities are in alignment with PAH strategic, volume and financial objectives. Lead the health platform “deep dives” including consumer and category market trends, opportunity sizing, competitive analysis and internal capability assessment in order to provide strategic recommendations to the business for the health portfolio.
