About the role To support the commercial sales team in the growth of Bloom feeds, Calf Milk Replacer (CMR), minerals and other seasonal products along with providing on-farm nutrition guidance to Kerry milk suppliers/purchasers of feed from Kerry agribusiness. The position is field-based with a requirement to work from the Manufacturing Feed Mill in Farranfore for approximately 1 day per week. Travel within the Kerry milk supplier region will be required regularly, with additional travel to match business requirements. About The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated RDA Analytical Scientist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform HPLC analysis on various food and ingredient samples, ensuring accurate and reliable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry and experience with HPLC systems. Key Responsibilities Conduct HPLC analysis using a range of software, techniques, and equipment. Analyse, interpret and report results. Prepare and present reports, reviews, and summaries of findings. Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols in the laboratory. Maintain and troubleshoot HPLC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and research/scientific staff to achieve project goals. Qualifications And Skills A relevant degree in chemistry, applied/analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field. Experience with HPLC analysis and systems. Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritise and schedule work effectively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. High standard of numeracy and proficiency in data analysis.
