As a Corporate Affairs Graduate, you will play a key role in shaping and executing communication strategies that align with Kerry’s values, brand, and business priorities. What You Might Be Doing Strategic Communication Execution: Execute strategic communication plans aligned to Kerry’s Vision, Purpose and Values, including messaging, content creation, and distribution across various channels. About the role As Product Marketing Director for CIA (Clinical Infant & Adult Medical Nutrition), you will play a pivotal role in our Health “pod team,” partnering with product management and RD&A to set the strategic direction for Kerry’s Proactive Health portfolio in clinical nutrition. You will integrate global consumer and category insights with healthcare customer and competitor data to craft a vision that positions Kerry as a leader in clinical nutrition and drive global execution of this strategy with regional marketing and sales. Key Responsibilities Define the where to play and right to win for the category segment by synthesizing global consumer and supplement category market trends in a health need state. Develop the Target Product Blueprint, a voice of customer document that defines and prioritizes the jobs to be done, value to be gained, specifications to be met.
