About the Role Kelco Communications is seeking an experienced sales leader / manager-level Business Development professional to take ownership of a regional territory within our Vodafone Business division.
This is a senior field leadership role , suited to someone who already has management or team leadership experience in a sales environment , and is now ready to take responsibility for driving regional performance, developing opportunities, and delivering consistent commercial results.
You will not only generate new business, but also operate as a leader within your territory , setting standards for performance, execution, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of a defined regional territory and drive commercial growth
Lead by example in generating and closing new SME business opportunities
Manage regional performance against sales targets and KPIs
Apply strong leadership experience to drive structure, consistency, and results in your area
Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients across your region
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Oversee pipeline management and reporting using CRM systems
Analyse regional performance and identify growth opportunities
Ensure a high standard of customer experience and brand representation
Work closely with internal teams to support onboarding and service delivery
What We’re Looking For Proven managerial or team leadership experience in a sales environment (essential)
Strong background in B2B field sales or business development
Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed targets, both personally and through others (where applicable)
Experience managing performance, territory, or client portfolios
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills
Comfortable operating independently with accountability for regional results
Full, clean Irish driving licence (essential)
Highly motivated, resilient, and commercially driven
