  • We are hiring for a Maintenance Technician to join our clinet team on site in FoodCentral, St. Margaret's, Co. Dublin, K67 YC83 . As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the executing, monitoring and recording of the maintenance breakdowns and breakdown follow ups Key Responsibilities Carry out preventative and condition-based maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and perform electro-mechanical repairs on high-speed, PLC-controlled equipment. Provide technical support across plant services including compressed air, refrigeration, steam, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Monitor and optimise machine performance, responding quickly to any performance issues during production. Record maintenance activities accurately using the CMMS, including daily inputs, parts usage, and work completed. Support equipment installations and modifications, working closely with suppliers and contractors. Demonstrate strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills, with flexibility to work shifts and participate in the on-call rota. Hold relevant electrical/instrumentation qualifications, with proven experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
