  • Manager, Field Marketing

    Job Summary The Manager, Field Marketing is responsible for the full cycle recruiting, training, and management of brand ambassadors who promote Ready products across the country. This role will work closely with operational management to develop and implement short and long-term strategies to ensure that the company has the workforce to successfully perform for today and the future. This position will require overnight travel throughout the United States. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute field marketing strategies by leading local and regional plans throughout the country that are tailored to key events and/or retail activations that support overall marketing strategies. Work hand in hand with Marketing and Sales leaders to implement campaigns that drive brand awareness, trial, and conversion across the sales funnel. Cross-functional collaboration by partnering closely with Sales teams to align goals, priorities, and metrics, ensuring marketing efforts amplify their impact. Event Management by planning and executing tailored in-person and virtual events such as trade shows, roadshows, meetups, and regional conferences to drive engagement and conversion. Conduct regional customer research to stay ahead in understanding market needs, competitor positioning, and evaluation trends. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of field marketers while fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture across regions. Lead full cycle recruitment process for brand ambassadors, including maintaining job postings as well as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for all brand ambassadors. Serve as company advocate and ensure that all brand ambassadors are positively promoting the brand; ensure personnel needs are understood and effectively addressed. Manage the campus recruitment calendar and budget; communicate updates to key stakeholders. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for field marketing initiatives and provide detailed reporting to key stakeholders on ROI and campaign effectiveness. Create brand promotional events, including new launch activations, in brand ambassador markets; identify new markets for brand promotion and expand our brand as a preferred employer for new talent. Qualifications Experience: 3-5 years in field or regional marketing roles. Experience in the Health & Fitness Industry or fast-moving CPG is a plus. Experience as a brand ambassador or brand ambassador program manager in the food or beverage industries is a plus. Experience with retail promotions and event management. Deep understanding of demand generation, event planning, campaign orchestration, and pipeline acceleration strategies. Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, develop, and manage collaborative marketing teams. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. Strategic Thinker: Creative and data-driven strategist with a focus on measurable impact. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong negotiation skills.
