Partner with regional LOBs and control officers to drive implementation of the outsourcing framework and take ownership of the end-to-end governance model. Coordinate and lead Internal Audit and Compliance control reviews, as well as ongoing due diligence of outsourced service providers. Undertake periodic health checks to ensure ongoing adherence to outsourcing policies, oversee remediation of issues where appropriate, and manage implementation of Business Resiliency plans in partnership with regional Resiliency teams. Ensure accuracy of inter‑affiliate agreements, service level agreements, procedures, and business resiliency plans; manage ongoing re‑certification; oversee access permissions across outsourced locations; and monitor industry and regulatory obligations, assessing changing requirements with local outsourcing partner teams. Report to senior management, risk committees, and the board; regularly review and ensure the team operates within an appropriate control environment. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Knowledge of Irish and broader EMEA regulatory requirements around outsourcing Demonstrated ability to think strategically with respect to product and Board strategy.
