JP & M Doyle Ltd are seeking a motivated and organised Personal Assistant to support the Director at our Terenure Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established property firm and become part of a close-knit, professional team.
The role offers a varied workload within a busy office environment, providing exposure to all aspects of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while working collaboratively with the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and preparing letters, reports and general correspondence
Assisting in the preparation of property valuations and supporting documentation
Creating and formatting property brochures to a high standard
Billing, invoicing and general accounts administration
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Director
The Ideal Candidate
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work on own initiative while also contributing as part of a team
Experience within a property or professional services environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.
