The Role This hybrid role combines estimating and quantity surveying responsibilities. Youll prepare cost estimates and tender submissions, monitor project finances, and assist with invoicing. Youll play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on budget and with financial efficiency. The Role: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to take a leading role on-site across our residential projects in Dublin. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and deep technical knowledge of electrical systems in large-scale residential developments. You will act as the key link between site operatives, project management, and main contractors, ensuring electrical installations are completed in line with drawings, regulations, and programme requirements. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians and apprentices on-site. Ensure all work complies with electrical regulations and health & safety standards. Liaise with site management, project managers, and other trades to maintain smooth workflow and timely project delivery. Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to guide installations. Monitor work quality, resolve issues, and ensure snag-free delivery. Report progress and issues to the Contracts Manager. Maintain site records, including labour hours and material usage. Requirements: Fully qualified electrician. Minimum 3 years experience in a foreman or supervisory role on large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and Irish building regulations. Proven ability to lead and motivate site teams. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Full, clean drivers licence.
