  • Overview Regional Sales Director (Thermal) – EMEA Data Centre Solutions: The Regional Sales Director leads the Data Centre Solutions sales strategy across EMEA, driving growth within key Data Center customer accounts (Hyperscalers and Colocation providers). Operating within a global POD structure, this role manages a team of technical sales specialists focused on delivering tailored Thermal solutions that meet complex data centre requirements. Responsibilities Develop and execute customer‑based sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, forecast and manage sales performance, and ensure alignment with GSAM and Silent Aire leadership. Oversee team capability development, technical solution leadership, and consistent delivery of high‑quality customer engagement across regions. Accountable for secured growth, profitability, demand planning, and accurate forecasting, while maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting negotiations, and driving long‑term account expansion. Collaborate with Global Products, Operations, Service, Marketing, Finance, and Portfolio teams to ensure successful solution delivery and competitive positioning. Preferred locations UK, Ireland, Dubai, Germany, or Spain. Experience Required Demonstrated leadership and change management expertise, with a track record of guiding teams through transformation and growth. Extensive Thermal industry experience, with strong technical and commercial understanding. Deep knowledge of the Data Center ecosystem, including hands‑on experience working with Hyperscalers and Colocation providers.
