You will provide up to date site surveys, records, and reports regarding works completed and actions needed to aid quoting of new or replacement equipment. This is a mobile role on a full time basis. As a HVAC Service Engineer you are the primary contact for all technical service issues, accountable for resolving highly complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs. You will be working mainly with the company’s largest customers predominantly within the Cork area. What You Will Do As a Software Engineering Manager , you will report to the Director of Software Engineering in Cork and lead a team of 8 Software Engineers . Strong proficiency in Java or another backend OO language. Experience building containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ). Strong background with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, ArangoDB, Snowflake, etc.). Experience developing microservices using REST and asynchronous messaging. Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and DevSecOps principles.
