Oversee the purchase of components, and consumables in line with production needs. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a production management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and empower teams. Demonstrated experience with ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling, and resource planning. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational abilities.
