    JFC Group is recruiting a Marketing Administrator to join our international marketing team with a goal of increasing brand awareness and growing sales for our extensive product range. The ideal candidate will drive marketing projects and play a key role in international brand development and lead generation. The candidate will be customer focused and have a proven ability to build/maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and business partners. Key duties and Responsibilities Manage lead generation campaigns for multiple product portfolios and markets via CRM. Develop: Print media (catalogues, brochures, flyers, promotional material). Exhibitions, Trade Events and Open Days. Advertising & Editorial. PR projects. Content: writing and proofing. Ensure all published material is valid, current, and accurate. Manage corporate consistency and branding projects to ensure brand guidelines are adhered. Be creative and innovative in increasing marketing standards, implementing consistency, and taking advantage of marketing and PR opportunities. Maintain marketing databases to ensure information is accurate, updated and easily accessible. Inbound marketing and lead generation. CRM system maintenance. Campaign analytics and reporting. Database management. Event planning and management. Market research, e.g. customer surveys, feasibility studies and competitor analyses. Preparation of sales presentations. Desired Skills and Experience Honours Degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing or equivalent. Knowledge for Agriculture, Equine, Material Handling and/or Construction markets advantageous. Be creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial minded. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Interpersonal skills. Highly organised, detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task. Editorial and proof writing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Time management and task prioritisation skills. Working Conditions Normal office conditions, travel/visits to other JFC sites may be required. Attendance at exhibits and/or events may also be required.   • Stock Controller  

    - Tuam

    Purpose of Position The main duty of this role is to monitor and control the stock movement of JFC Evolution products and parts. They will also be responsible to maintain the highest level of quality for all products while adhering to all health and safety regulations. This role will have a central involvement in ensuring all the weekly and monthly KPI’s related to stock are achieved. If overtime is needed in his/her sector they must make themselves available for the same. This role will report to the Evolution Operation’s Manager. Key Duties And Responsibilities Maintain accurate levels of inventory and stock management according to standards to promote lower cost of sales, shorter lead times, and reduced stock levels. Ensure production floor is fully stocked and replenished using Kanban standards. Responsible for receiving and inspecting parts into the Evolution Dept. Responsible for ensuring goods and parts are sent to distributers, Customers and Service Technicians. Report on all quality issues to purchasing and quality dept. Ensure all parts and stock locations are organised and labelled clearly. Handle storage of products, including fragile and high value items. Ensure strict adherence by all the team to stock control and quality procedures. Work with Purchasing on sales forecasts and demand planning to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock. Liaise with vendors, on the returns of faulty goods, while ensuring that suppliers are keeping a high level of quality on their supply of parts. Ensure accurate completion of associated paperwork/records. Preforming QC tests on parts, equipment, and production units. Available to support production when required. General cleanliness of JFC internally and externally. Desired Skills And Experience Experience in managing spare parts and/or stock control and management. Ability to analyse information and document the same. Technical certificate or relevant equivalent is desirable but not mandatory. Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory. High level of professionalism and good communication skills. Lean experience is an advantage. Continuous improvement mind set. Careful attention to detail is a must.
