    1.0 Position Summary: • The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for handling and maintaining materials flows and products in accordance with company guidelines. • Liaising with our supply chain team and External Warehousing suppliers to ensure stock accuracy and smooth operations. • Applies lean tools to drive continuous improvement & process reliability. 2.0 Key Responsibilities and End Results: (Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to the following): • Inbound Receiving: Receiving inbound material from suppliers and third parties. Manage customer’s recyclable packaging e.g., trays and pallets etc. Maintaining the Warehouse capacity, daily review of current stock levels of finished goods i.e., pallet spaces availability in Jabil warehouse. Liaise with Supply Chain to compare current stocks levels against shipping forecast i.e., determine what batches need to be sent to External Warehouse (EW). Organize the loading and shipping of the finished goods to EW i.e., Contacting EW in terms of collection times, dates etc. Liaise with Supply Chain and EW on deliveries e.g., sorting out delivery issues where we have insufficient documentation and communications.     Summary/Brief: The Automation Project Engineer is responsible for leading the introduction and implementation of packaging automation equipment for the medical device division of Jabil Healthcare. This role covers the full automation project lifecycle, from RFQ through to PQ and final handover to production. It focuses on ensuring the successful integration of packaging systems that meet regulatory, safety, and operational standards specific to the medical device industry. As part of the New Product Introduction (NPI) manufacturing team, this position requires several years of experience managing the development and deployment of large-scale, custom packaging automation projects with Equipment integrators. This is an on-site role, which includes project travel and some flexibility for working from home. This customer-facing position requires excellent communication skills to manage vendor relationships, provide updates to internal teams, and communicate project status effectively with customers. The role is open to applicants with a strong manufacturing background, particularly those with NPI leadership experience in the automation of packaging equipment (experience in medical devices is a plus, but applicants from other manufacturing industries are welcome).
