This job involves managing the Service Desk in a friendly, efficient and effective manner, whilst maintaining a positive approach to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for all service customers Coordinate and schedule bookings to maximise workshop efficiency and productivity Prepare clear and accurate cost estimates, explain recommended work in detail, and secure customer approval prior to commencement Act as the link between customers and the workshop ream, providing timely updates on vehicle progress Identify opportunities to recommend additional services, repairs or maintenance plans where appropriate Manage customer queries, concerns or complaints in a prompt, professional and solution focused manner Ensure all service paperwork, invoicing and warranty documentation is completed accurately and in line with company procedures Consistently deliver a high standard of customer care throughout the entire service journey Key Requirements: The successful candidate must consider customer service a top priority Have strong IT Skills Be highly motivated to meet targets and drive sales Have strong organisational and planning skills Be efficient with good attention to detail Benefits: Achievable monthly bonus scheme Company Pension Training and development Skills: Reception Customer Service Hospitality
