The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, product and architecture teams to ensure software solutions meet functional, non‑functional and compliance requirements, while maintaining high quality standards across complex transaction‑based platforms. Key Responsibilities Act as a hands‑on Test Lead and individual contributor, responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions across the testing lifecycle. Develop and deliver complex automated test solutions that support business and technology objectives. Ensure software releases meet functional, non‑functional, performance and compliance requirements. Design and maintain robust automation frameworks, including automated regression, integration and API testing. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. Develop and maintain a well‑prioritised backlog of testing and automation tasks aligned to product delivery timelines.
