Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a hygiene/sanitation role within the food industry (essential). Proven track record of leading, supervising or managing a team. Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards. Strong organisational and communication skills. Basic PC skills for record keeping and reporting.
