About the Role: We are seeking a Digital Learning (elearning) Content Creator for a 6-month contract, to work closely with our Digital Learning Designer to create, review, and edit digital lectures and learning content that aligns with our brand and objectives. The role is based in Dublin but the successful applicant can work from home 50% of the time. Key Responsibilities: Review and edit scripts to ensure clarity, coherence, and alignment with our brand guidelines. Create and edit engaging video content. Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and meets the highest quality standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 1-2 years relevant experience working as a digital learning content creator or an instructional designer. A relevant qualification (bachelor's or master's degree) in digital education, instructional design or equivalent. Experience creating high-quality interactive learning content using a variety of e-learning and rapid development tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, H5P or equivalent) and video editing tools. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, with experience juggling multiple deadlines and quick turnarounds. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and with key stakeholders and contributors. Visual design and video editing skills (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) would be desirable.
