What You’ll Be Doing Managing end-to-end Irish payrolls for multiple clients Processing monthly payrolls accurately and on time Handling calculations, deductions, benefits, and reporting Ensuring compliance with Irish legislation, GDPR, and internal standards Acting as the main point of contact for payroll queries from clients and their employees Building strong relationships with your clients - becoming someone they trust Identifying ways to improve processes, efficiency, and automation Supporting wider projects such as system improvements and testing What We’re Looking For This role is built for someone who already understands payroll in a bureau or outsourced environment.
