Salary: €37,000k basic + Commission (€70-100k First year) + Excellent Benefits Location: Dublin (Office Based) A Global Investment Company are currently recruiting for a Dutch Account Executive to join their Dublin headquarters. You will be a crucial part of the sales process as the liaison between potential Dutch & Belgian private clients and the company - helping both the prospect’s financial future and the company’s overall growth. As an Account Executive, you will engage with high-net-worth individuals who have expressed an interest. Using sales techniques, you’ll determine their investment goals and educate them on company strategy with the goal of setting an appointment with the outside sales team. The Day-to-Day: * Gaining an understanding of wealth management in Holland or Belgium. * Sharpen your sales skills as you improve your pitch and help to turn leads into assets under management * Speak to High-net-worth investors to understand their financial position and suggest relevant next steps * Cultivate an understanding of the company’s market philosophy, supported by sessions ranging from Capital Markets to sales techniques, you will learn the art of becoming a sales professional Your Qualifications: * Speak Dutch fluently * University graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience * Passionate about a career in sales * Eager to work in an energetic, collaborative environment with motivated professionals * Experience in finance is helpful but not necessary as full training is provided. The Opportunity: A Global Investment Company are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager/Financial Advisor to cover an exclusive area in Ireland. The primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager is to call high-net-worth leads the firm provides, qualifying and scheduling face-to-face appointments, and meeting with prospective clients for the purpose of gathering new clients and assets for the firm. This position is highly entrepreneurial and involves extensive calling (although no cold calling) and direct consultative selling to close Business. You will be supported by dedicated portfolio management and client service groups who manage the transition and retention of client relationships, allowing you to focus purely on selling.
