We're now seeking an experienced and proactive GRC Compliance Lead who will ensure we stay secure, compliant, and operationally strong. This is a broad and high autonomous role with the opportunity to both design and implement controls that are central to Inscribe's business operations, from IT asset management and access controls, to risk assessment and mitigation. This role covers all aspects of our compliance program, from regulatory frameworks to customer assurance initiatives. It’s a hands-on, high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and excels at translating policy into scalable, real-world systems. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide compliance programs (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) Serve as the point of contact for internal and external audits Partner with legal, security, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing compliance readiness Design and manage risk assessments, third-party vendor evaluations, and remediation plans Create and maintain documentation such as policies, training materials, and reports Monitor regulatory changes and ensure policies are updated accordingly Management of endpoint security and device lifecycle management (e.g., through MDM tools like Jamf).
