As a Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing equipment sourcing strategies. From identifying supply chain partners to ensuring the timely delivery of subcontract packages and materials on site, you will oversee every aspect of procurement. You will act as a trusted partner to our clients and internal teams, driving key decision-making processes and leveraging your expertise in procurement within the engineering and construction industries. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage strategic sourcing strategies for subcontract supply chain, materials and equipment, overseeing the entire process from subcontractor & supplier identification to expediting orders. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment and continued support of the agreed procurement strategies. Lead the evaluation and decision-making process for award recommendations based on expert market knowledge, ensuring the best value is achieved. Oversee the evaluation of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with project specifications, terms, and conditions. Manage bid requests and contract developments with a focus on precision and collaboration with legal and finance teams. Ensure compliance with client-specific procurement systems, processes, and stage gate approvals throughout the procurement lifecycle. Review and refine procurement practices regularly, ensuring compliance with relevant industry laws, regulations, and standards. Identify opportunities for innovation within procurement and supply chain processes, continually improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Skills and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in construction economics, Engineering, or a related field.
